FAQ

Do my customers need to download anything?: No. They scan the code with their phone camera and the menu opens. Ordering takes under a minute.
Does it work with my printer?: Orders print on a Star counter printer, five minutes to set up, and show on the custom Counter App which loads on any tablet or phone. The counter app also has a menu editing section. Customers pay at your till as they do now, or by PayPal. *Custom integration is possible with your current merchant at no extra charge, just takes extra time.
How long does setup take?: No merchant integration: 24 hours. Merchant integration: 48 hours.
What if I want to change the menu or prices?: Message the change and it is made while you wait. Or type it into the Menu editor yourself. Sold-out items come off with one tap on the Counter screen.
What if I cancel?: Stop any month. Nothing to pay out. Your list of regulars and their stamps are yours to keep.

The form asks for your venue name, an email address and, if you like, photos of your menu and shop. They are used to build your app and to message you about it, and for nothing else.
